I have several , they're quite handy for sampling and such . and the gaming is still quite good .
Maybe 'Hybris' on the amiga is my favourite game ever .

My brother-in-law knows I like to hunt and target shoot, so he gave me a couple hunting and sniper games for Christmas last year. They have yet to be opened. I'd rather actually go outside and trudge through the woods to shoot a deer and then drag it back to the camp, hang it up, skin it, cut it up, cook it, and eat it than to play at it in front of the TV while eating Hot Pockets.
You can get a decent rifle with a scope and ammunition for not much more than your PS3 and a game.
I'm just sayin'.

my dad bought the c64 to write reports on, and naturally i discovered that games on the computer were cooler because you had so many more controls. The only thing was, it was harder to figure out how to get the shit to run, I mean, I was like 6 years old. (remember this: load "frogger",8,1)
My grandpa who is a computer freak bought me the amiga when I was 12 or so, and I had a 14400 external modem I used to connect to local bbs's and download porn, which back then was just single jpegs that took like 10 minutes or more to download. if there is a more definite characteristic of a nerd, I have yet to find it.

I don't get the whole Wii thing.
If I want to sit on the sofa moving my wrist in a vigourous manner, why do I need to spend money on a machine?
Porn is so much cheaper, and I don't have to buy beer for my friends as they don't like coming over to watch me.
