I like to think that I'm a pretty reasonable guy. I'm an athiest, a secularist, and so forth. But every once in a while, something will come along and cause me to stop and say "what the fuck?"

Amazing. Simply amazing. We go and invade a country to replace the religious fundamentalists, and this keeps on happening. Now I've frequently advocated killing the odd Christian myself, but this is going a little far.
I am usually a proponent of the Afghan mission. Afghanistan, unlike Iraq, could be saved. But this ain't it. Ten Canadians, a few hundred Americans, and undoubtedly some British, French, German, Dutch, etc. soldiers have died to prop up this regieme, which looks pretty damn similar to the last one. Bang up job, eh?
Just think, what would happen if the Evangelical Christians in the Bush regieme decided to do the same thing? Where's the outcry?
