This is true. I have friends in security who were there. .
There's a guy, let's call him Dave, going to a ski resort for a job interview. At this particular resort you have to take a gondola up to the lodge to ski and interview etc. While he's getting his Gondola pass, another customer comes in to purchase something, putting their wallet on the counter. Dave puts the wallet into his backpack and goes up the mountain.
Now, when you go up on a pass, you're not allowed to bring skis or anything. But Dave snuck a pair of "blades" into his pack. After security has reviewed the video tape and determined that Dave did, in fact, put the wallet into his bag, they try to find Dave. They are unable to find him as he's skiing illegally all over the mountain. They decide to wait until his appointed interview time.
About half way through the interview, security interrupts needing to speak with Dave. Dave is very upset having his interview interrupted and tells security that he will speak with them as soon as the interview is concluded. Security insists that the wallet matter must be dealt with immediately. Dave, now clearly annoyed, pulls the wallet out of his pack, giving it to security, completely expecting to continue with the interview. Security then takes Dave into custody, taking him down the mountain to the awaiting RCMP officers. From the back of the cop car, Dave asks the security officers, if when this is all taken car of, will he still be able to come back to complete the interview!??
