Just to cancel-out Loki's auto +2 for anything anti Bush. Also because the second link is blocked (at work) due to its' being catagorized as an "Advocacy Group". In other words, my employer does not want me wasting my time reading highly opinionated, unsubstanciated cult news letters.

Rarely do I do this, but since I have some free time I'll respond to your inane little contribution to my post.
Perhaps you would be happier if I produced an oh so orginial work about the Olive Garden, stunning in its banality. Or an amusing opus to the fustrations of modern life centering around the turn signal. A bit that every two bit comic does on comedy central. Your work begs the question, is it better to share an amusing tidbit gleaned from web surfing, or post reguritated pablum recycled from a thousand failed comics. If you do consider that orginality is the determiner of worth here on ubersite, you my good man should immediately shoot yourself in the head.

I'm guessing that I must be way off here, but I always thought that you were born with a set number of brain cells, which is why alcohol killing them is a bad thing. I suppose I should have figured out that none of those cells would live as long as YOU do, meaning that they die and are replaced by new ones, but I was fairly sure that the number was a set one.
Is that no longer the "scientific thinking" on the matter?
It must not be, because if pot is REALLY adding to this (supposedly set at birth) number of brain cells, you would think this would be a bigger news story.
I also thought that the evil minds behind keeping pot illegal were the tobacco lobbies. And I was pretty sure that they own both major parties.
But that one point was about as close to an anti-Bush statement as I could find. I have no idea what everyone else is so pissed about.

Might I add that I smoked pot for three years and it was the most counter-productive period of my life which I really regret. I wouldn't if pot would be legalized. But we'd have to legalize welfare people executions.

The potheads I know are far from intelligent. Not because pot burns your brain. But because staying indoor 24/7 doing nothing kinda makes your brain numb from lack of stimuli.
Being intelligent does not seem to give one a better sense of responsabilities, accountability and all-around social skills.
