I'm liable to think so myself, have almost unanimously decided this is fake save for the background people getting scared too, presumably at the gunshot sound. I am not sure that his arm is tucked in his shirt and it's not just the shirt flapping. Also, he was shot from the front as the exit wound is in the back of the arm, so him falling backwards and towards the post would be correct.
Truly though, I don't really care if it's fake or not.

Also, he's not leaning on the arm, and only falls backward several frames after his "arm" is broken. If he were really leaning on the post, he'd have stumbled almost instantly.
