I awoke, brushing the dust off my shoulder and went to turn off that fucking alarm clock that went off at 6:30 am every fucking day. Slogging into the bathroom towel in hand, I procede to open the shower curtain and hop in.
Nice hot shower to start off the shit-ass day.
I walked into the office, only to see my less than competant boss, we'll call him Ralph, stare me down.
"The fuck?" My comment startled him, he recoiled.
"Who are you talking to?" He had been waiting for this. The showdown that will make this 4-year job worth it.
"You, asshat. For two years, since you've been here, I've got nothing but shit from you. Making me come in on Saturdays so you don't have to, giving me the work that your fat ass is incapable of completing."
"You're right."
WHAT? Okay, this is not going down how I wanted.
"What? You're not just saying this so can fire me later?"
"No, I honestly mean it, besides, I'm quitting today."
"No shit? Me too, I'm sick of this fucking place."
We both confindently walk into our bosses office.
"I quit." The CEO was less that pleased.
"Me too." My reply was met with goosebumps.
We bothed walked out of the building.
We met later at a bar downtown. I blew off my girlfriend to hang out with my boss. Thats when you know your life sucks.
