It is amazing. You go into some banks in Mexico and tiny little short skirts are part of 'the required uniform'. On the tube almost all the reporters on Univision, Azteca, etc. are dolled up and their talk shows and games shows are just exploding with T&A, yet there's some sort or weird 1950's cheesecake innocence to it since there is never any nudity and a refreshing lack of lewdness.
