I lost my sense of humor this morning.
I was able to see funny things before, but for the most part, unable to describe it. Just snickering and getting odd looks from people as I wallowed in my own world of tiny movie reels playing their parts in perfectly syncopated verbal slapstick. Words would flow from the mouths of the dry and crass only to be translated in my head as laughable and affable.
Now all I can do is remember what it was like to think funny.
Stupid!
