You open up paint, photoshop, your image editor of choice, create a tall but not to wide canvas and paste the images you want to display in it one by one trailing down the picture.
If you don't understand what I'm saying you should't be such a smart ass. Ask Kaos, he does it on a daily basis if you need help.
I wasn't faulting you picture editing skills anyways, just the fact yuo posted a link to another post.
