Yes yes, I recognise the hilarity of a Brit talking about dentistry, and I'm not going to say a lot here except to say my teeth have been giving me trouble over the last six months so I went to the dentist and told the nice asian man to make the pain go away.

I know, I dig. It's the PRINCIPLE of the matter. Any user can arbitrarily muck up someone else's work, and any user can arbitrarily mend that mess. Yes, it's just a website. My lower wisdom teeth were so wonky that when I had them removed the dentist showed them to me so I could see the roots growing in three different directions. I kept them in a little box that one day my girlfriend found. She asked if she could have them. I thought it was wierd but I gave them to her. She made earrings out of them for a friend of hers who was just creepy. True story.

i found vicodin to actually be pretty awesome. i even saved some for a plane ride once and me and my sedated cat spent the entire trip basically stoned and giving each other the look of "fuck this noise i'm going back to bed". (i did not give him vicodin i gave him kitty dope)

Also, if your other 3 are being removed (I at least hope they are, they really need to be), then if that one comes in without trouble it will need to be removed anyhow because it won't have lower support from its antagonistic lower wisdom tooth...

He may have to crack the thin layer of bone below the gums, too. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at once because they were all growing so horizontally that they pushed my front teeth together and destroyed 5 years of orthodontic work - anyhow, the OMFS had to peel the gum, crack the bone, scrape out nerve and root, and then he just stuck some cotton in there and prescribed me some Vicodin.
Don't take Vicodin before going to sleep - your nightmares will be so vivid that they'll feel like a really, really bad trip.
