Oh relax for Christ sake. She won't be Queen, any personal shit she tried to push through if she ever became President (McCain's mom is a spry 96) would go through the usual checks and balances and get canned.

I'm in Key West right now on business. I've said before that if you took San Francisco and boiled it to concentrate the gay until all the gay in SF was reduced into 1/10th of the area of SF, it'd be Key West. And it's Womenfest 2008 here now. Yippee. http://www.womenfest.com They had a welcome sign at the airport which I naturally misread as "Welcome to Womenfist Key West 2008!" Lesbians everywhere, even more than usual. Duval Street has become less pretty and more loud.

Three members of the "Democracy Now!" staff including host Amy Goodman were arrested in St. Paul this week while trying to cover police movements on the streets outside the studios where they've set up during the Republican National Convention.
The footage of producer Nicole Salazar and Sharif Abdel Kouddous being knocked over by police in riot gear as she yelled "I'm press! Press!" were played repeatedly on today's program as the three recounted their ordeal.
