As I surfed around the channels last week whilst enjoying my bowl of Cap'n Crunch, I happened across the cinematic masterpiece "Ghost".
Being impossible to work the remote, hold the cereal bowl and a spoon all at the same time, I was stuck watching for a few moments.
It was at the part where The Swaze was snuggling with a lovely Demi Moore.
You know this scene, if you saw this on a date your gal was sure to get all caught up in the moment. "Unchained melody" played sweetly in the background, two lovers separated by tragedy reunited in the essence of their love, very romantic.
But what most people fail to remember is that Demi is in fact exchanging sweet nothings with Whoopie Goldberg, who is inhabited/ possessed by Swayze's spirit. You see this very quickly when the bad guy bangs on the door and interrupts the mood. Swayze tumbles backwards out of Whoopie and you plainly see that the ladies were in fact holding hands.
I was haunted with thoughts of where exactly this all would have lead if that guy didn't come to the door.
A little Whoopie on Demi action on the futon perhaps?
**Shudder**
It set an odd tone for the rest of the day.

i would posit that all lesbian romances in real life are not hot. they are only hot when they are fake and involve straight hot girls pretending to be hot lesbians. i've never known a real lesbian relationship featuring two hot real lesbians (some girls get briefly confused - those are sometimes mutually hot)

I'm going to make a Statement.
Whoopi Goldberg was born in 1955 so when Ghost was made in 1990 she was 35 and quite pretty. I would not have minded watching Demi Moore of 1990 and Whoopi Goldberg of 1990 have proper greasy lesbo action. Furthermore I would not be in any way adverse to making woopy with 1990s Whoopi and Demi.
