If the Blue means "All the time" then the colouration is redundant because, if you were high 'all the time' then there would never be more thqan one colour to the graph, making the whole thing senseless.
You needed to make the Blue "High" and the graph name "Proportion of the day i am high/not high"

Of course, if there were even the slightest bit of another color on the pie chart, he might have realized how old/stupid/plagiarized this image is and perhaps modified it to improve it or, better still, reconsidered posting it at all.

There should be a booklet given to children with just all these times and statistics and little comments on each bit saying "IF YOU TAKE LONGER/LESS TIME TO DO THIS THAN THIS THEN YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG" because that would have helped me.

Right, yeah, fair play if you're going to rob a picture off of someone else if you say that you did and where you robbed it from but to attempt to knobble something off of a website that is on Bored at Work is a bit of a stretch.
