do you know what else is nice after a big night? You get the biggest fucking glass in your kitchen, jam pack it with vanilla ice-cream - and I mean PACK it thump that motherfucker down with a meat tenderiser or something, remove the recently purchased Ice Break (R) 750ml iced-coffee from the fridge, grab a long handled spoon on account of the glass, plonk your arse down on the couch in front of Von Ryan's Express or some other suitable war movie, pour some iced-coffee over the half litre of ice-cream you've managed to cram into your glass, carefully place the remainder on a convenient side table as you will need to pour from time to time, and hook in. it's a taste sensation.

When folks like iddqd, HotWillie, Caulincourt, JonnyX, shlongy, sphagnum, and most recently the nut-flicker hack into me - I expect it - and for the most I enjoy reading their idiocy. Even more - I enjoy RESPONDING to it. Good clean fun.

You know when you first arrive at school or college (somewhere where you're a bit out of your element) and this really earnest, overweight volunteer takes you to your room and shows you where everything is?
They are so nice that you think, first, 'I'm gonna have fun here' and, second, 'this person is gonna be my friend'.
The next time you see them you get more than the same earnest, open faced friendliness. Also, the fact that you are talking to the Overweight Volunteer (OV) means they latch onto and suddenly you know way more about them than is normal for someone you have known that long.
You drift apart a bit and make some proper friends and are a little surprised when your new friends say they HATE OV. You wonder how that's possible but then OV enters the room and you realise what your friends are on about. You discover there is NOTHING more to OV than this sweaty, insecure attempt to be liked by everyone. They are pervaded by a sort of jittery nervousness that says "Please like me... Pleeease".
In the end, EVERYBODY hates OV because there is nothing to them. They think the way to make friends is to smile, sweat and agree with everything you say but their lack of any substance and originality turns them into a fucking headache. The only time you come into contact with them they tell you stories about YOURSELF and it's difficult not to yell at them "I KNOW WHAT HAPPENS IN MY ON FUCKING LIFE" but they're so pathetic and clingy you don't, because it would probably kill them.
It ends with you just insulting them to their face while that sweaty, insecure smirk just bobs away in front of you because they are too fucking pathetic to actually compute the fact you hate their fucking guts.
Then, the next semester starts and they're off again, being friendly to the new kids because everyone else just wants to stab the shit out of them.

well, it was rushed, and its not like im going to spend the 15 minutes it would take to really accurately portray the subject.
