Somehow I knew this would be Infowars stuff...

At any rate, I`m all for asking these fuckers questions... To be arrested is absurd, but (depending on who owns/rents the property), the fella getting interviewed may have the right to disallow anyone on premises that they don`t want... Therefore an escort out of the building is in order, not an arrest.

If it were a public building, its a different matter however....

+2 for researching Infowars
-2 for deciding THIS is the information worth showing everyone when there are much more important things than this going on.

Judging by what I saw on the video alone, I don't think that guy should've been arrested. After all, he wasn't blocking the Giuliani spokesman's path, so he wasn't "forcing" him to respond. The spokesman willingly turned back to respond to him several times. I think, in a situation like that, if you start shouting or refuse to leave, you can expect to be escorted outside. To be arrested, however, seems excessive.

It simply allows you to print or say what you want, that is it, end of story.

actually you can't even do that. slander and libel are against the law.

If that "stupid kid" has a press pass at a media event, yes he has the right to ask a question, and if the respondent is being evasive, he has the first amendment right to press the issue. That's what the concept of a "free press" is all about, the pursuit of truth, and placing a check on the otherwise unchecked power of government to do their business in total secret without so much as an explanation to the people they supposedly represent!
--------------------------

Try and get this into your tiny myoptic little brain.

Freedom of press doesn't give you the right to disrupt or harrass anyone, it doesn't give you the right to break the law or ignore polics.

It simply allows you to print or say what you want, that is it, end of story.

Do you understand now?

It is amazing how much you claim to know yet still lack basic understanding of the fundamentals in everything you try and talk about.

As a pussy fucking Canadian, I don't expect you to understand the deep-seeded tradition we have in this country since your people were a bunch of British sympathizers and Frenchmen who, if you're any representative of, obviously don't give a flying fuck about the true nature and derivation of Freedom.

In short, fuck you, boy. Just, fuck you.

"British sympathizers" last time I checked, the people who colonized the BRITISH thirteen colonies came from England, Scotland and Ireland, so what you should be saying, is rejected french people and Loyalist Patriots, not to mention only about one third of Americans in the revolutionary war supported the revolution about a third sat on the fence and the rest were loyal to their crown, instead of successionist traitors (isn't it great how in the civil war the south were called traitors and successionists but in the revolutionary war, fought over similar principles, you know less taxes, reduced tariffs etc... The traitors were called "patriots"?)

you seem to be very obsessed with my origins.

funny, because if you look at any quality of life index, the US has one of the worse scores for freedom of press in the industrialized world while we rank among the top. that kind of invalidates your shitty argument, eh?

i'm not one to brag or measure my country's dick, but since you're obsessed with people's origins, why not?

it's also funny how you're the 1st to slam neocons for using freedom as a buzzword and do the same in your arguments when talking to foreigners.

don't take this the wrong way, but i think you're past medical treatment. you're a clinical case.

You fucking moron. I swear to god you should just be shot. You're not even worth arguing with when you can't even LISTEN!

Let me say this YET AGAIN SINCE YOU CAN'T SEEM TO GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR BOYFRIEND'S ASS...

BESIDES the guys from wearechange.org, there was a COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT WITNESS ON THE ALEX JONES SHOW. WHAT PART OF THIS DO YOU NOT UNDERASTAND YOU DEAF BLIND AND DUMB CANADIAN?

If you don't think Infowars is reliable, that's fine, but the video your see wasn't uploaded by wearechange.org or Infowars. They are using it for now in their links because some independent journalist was good enough to post it on their own to the web, this according to the interviews on the Alex Jones Show.

Now to this: "since when is anyone obliged to explain himself?"

Let's see if I can put this gently... SINCE HE WAS RUNNING FOR THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED FUCKING STATES OF AMERICA, YOU COMMIE TWITFUCK!

Now, say something else, you stupid fuck. Dumbass fucking Canadian. Better yet, how about YOU STFU before you infect any more of my countrymen with your pussy doctrine of "surrender at all costs".

What's your country's motto, Caul? "Don't surrender until you see the whites of their eyes?"

It was a forum for journalists to ASK QUESTIONS. He has no place telling ANYONE to be thrown out. he has no more power than the journalists asking the questions, period! That is called DEMOCRACY, you fucking fool!

Seriously, take your stupid fucking opinions and shove them up your over-dilated asshole.

the true face of Brad Linzy...when in short of anything reasonable to say, scream louder.

no, Brad, no one is forced to answer anything. even if cops are handcuffing you, you are entitled to STFU. if you keep harassing someone who's politely declining to answer your retarded crap, you will asked to leave by security eventually. if you refuse to, you will get arrested.

it works the same way in bars. if you think you're entitled to talk to a girl and harasses her, you will be punted out of the building.

Now, why won't Giuliani answer a simple question? Why won't he address what they're asking, which is: "Why did he say on television shortly after 9/11 that he knew beforehand that the towers were about to come down?"

--------------

He was told the towers were probably going to fall after they had been hit. Watch the fucking video, and use your fucking head. Stop trying to imply that he knew for a fact they were going to fall, or that he knew it was going to fall before the planes hit.

He gains absolutely nothing by addressing a group that intentionally twists his words to fit their own sick fantasy about 9/11.

I would lose respect for any candidate that entertained such insane questions.

You are totally misrepresenting this whole situation, and YES YOU ARE the one making assumptions, because I heard the whole story from the witnesses and participants themselves on Alex Jones' Show Wednesday.

---------------------

On Alex Jones show?

The same show that says we are being poisened by chemtrails? He has no credability, nor does anyone who appears on his show. Do you really think any of the witnesses to the event who would appear on Alex jone's show would be impartial?

I see you still fail to show any proof that CNN wanted him to stay, other than the word of another of Jone's cronies.

ETS, listen carefully.

There is a saying "One man can change the world." I think that is true.

However, when that saying came into existence, they were not talking about some fucking lunatic sitting at his computer linking to asinine drivel a thrid grader can dispute on a website that nobody in the known universe takes seriously. When you talk about action, that's all you offer. Talk.

You, simply, don't have the testicular fortitude or personal drive to actually follow through on anything you ever threaten. Period.

You are a nervous little netzien, cautiously watching the shadows for the enemy that only you think is coming, making yourself out to be a fool everytime you say anything.

To call you a joke is an insult to jokes.

In closing; until I read in the paper about you actually doing just one little fucking thing you threatened - you, sir, fail.

If the questions are so preposterous (and some of them are) they should be easy to explain with a little time, research and transparency.

Yet some of them never get addressed and fuel this kind of manic idiocy to continue.

ELECTED government officials should be held specifically accountable for satisfying the curiosity of the people who brought them into power.

However trivial. However painful.

---

That is all fine and nice - but the reality is government officials don't have the time to answer trivial questions like "why are you causing God to kill soilders by allowing fags in America?", for example - it's rather absurd to suggest that is possible.

---

You're right, of course. I was being a bit generalistic in that statement.

I guess what I am saying is that in this culture of ignorance and distraction that we embrace - legitimate questions are being asked and conveniently ignored by elected representatives because ultimately 'we' don't give a shit.

That doesn't change the fact that those questions SHOULD be answered. I think most of you would agree with that, yet find more joy in marginalizing the fact someone had the AUDACITY to make that kind of observation instead of truly examining how fucking ridiculous it is that we allow those questions to be ignored.

Of course ,there are always going to be idiotic questions, like the one you just illustrated - but there are much less absurd questions that are getting lost in the bullshit drama those kind of questions create.

Most people readily admit that there are many questions about the event of 9-11 that remain unanswered. Investigations have been stalled, information has been classified and a growing number of people are curious to have them explained. The 9-11 commission was a joke. There has been very little in the way of transparency and people who are passionate to have their concerns addressed are marginalized and ridiculed.

But thats not all:

Questions about the environment and its protection go unanswered.

Questions about the iraq war go unanswered.

Questions about health care go unanswered.

Questions about taxation go unanswered.

Questions about prescription drugs go unanswered.

*idea

Perhaps an online repository of questions should be organized in a similar fashion to digg. These "unanswered" questions could be submitted by users and the ones that receive the most interest each week (or day) are then presented to a panel of experts (including ELECTED public officials) who then seek to answer them in a very transparent fashion - no matter how embarrassing or absurd they might be. If the public has 'voted' - then they need to be answered.

Have a round table discussion, visually show the research that is being done like programs such as Dateline and 20/20 do. Eventually definitive answers to some of the greatest questions out there will be available at one reliable place.

Could be cool.

Perhaps this could even be done over at ask.com? It's always been a marginal portal at best. This could be a good idea for their own business development... anyone know people over there?

That shit is awesome how the people who are supposedly way above ETS's brainwashing by Alex Jones (whom they compare to Fred Phelps) are arguing tit-for-tat with him like they can prove exactly the opposite of what they say ETS can't prove.

Good luck with that shit.

For one, you can throw the dude out, but you can't arrest the motherfucker. He was sponsored in there so unless he breaks actual laws why the fuck could they throw him out?

For two, he's stirring shit knowing they are going to get all offended and pissed off about it. He's trying to get them to do something that he can site as "prevention of freedom of speech"

He's being an annoying fuck, but arresting him? I'm sorry that's bullshit.

See, this kind of rush judgment on Caul's part is just appalling to me. Am I alone in this?

Look, if you guys want or care to have the whole scoop, listen to the Wednesday Alex jones Show, or go to infowars and read the article they posted.

I cannot stress this enough for those of you who will inevitable make the same idiotic judgments about infowars being somehow "illegitimate" as a news source that there were plenty of other witnesses to what happened and at least one of them was on the Alex Jones Show. He was from a local New Hampshire newspaper with absolutely no affiliation with Infowars.com. He corroborated the whole story.

Now, why won't Giuliani answer a simple question? Why won't he address what they're asking, which is: "Why did he say on television shortly after 9/11 that he knew beforehand that the towers were about to come down?"

It's pretty simple. And he and his minions can't touch the question... Why? If it's so ridiculous, why doesn't he just explain himself?

Couple more things...

First, this was supposed to be my post. I didn't realize FA was signed in on this computer, not that that even matters.

Second, this has everything to do with freedom of speech and freedom of press. It was a private event only insofar as a press pass was required to get into the greenroom in which the question was asked. HE had a press pass. And yes, I'm still one of these crazy nuts that expects public officials to be held to account, especially when they're not answering journalist's questions. I'm one of these "crazy people" that don't think they should just get a free pass.

-----------------

So if Ron Paul was giving a press confrence and I got a press pass and then I got in his face and started yelling, "isn't it true you got your theory of dollar hegemony from Henry Liu who has no training in economy," and "I have proof you only started to speak about it after his article came out in the asian times" over and over and refused to let him answer any other questions or move on you would argue that I should be allowed to stay?

-----------------------

If he avoided your question I'd be asking myself "why". And, no, I wouldn't be calling for you to be dragged out, absolutely not! If my candidate couldn't answer a simple question like that he has no business with my support.

You are totally misrepresenting this whole situation, and YES YOU ARE the one making assumptions, because I heard the whole story from the witnesses and participants themselves on Alex Jones' Show Wednesday.

I put this up here to encourage people to ask questions and look into it for themselves without my holding their fucking hands every step of the way, but obviously none of you seem to have the want or capacity to do such a thing. You'd rather sit there and make judgments and assumptions that suit whatever you have predetermined you want to believe.

I'm not saying I mind the -2s, because there is no content here, but for you to sit there and do this shit is just stupid. You people are mad.

He had a press pass. He had a right to be there just like everyone else. It's wrong to throw him out, nay, arrest him because he simply asked a question a Giuliani spokesman didn't want to answer.

CNN didn't ask him to leave. They were hosting the event. In fact, they told the officers to leave him alone, if you care to hear his side of events. Giuliani's people are the ones that had him removed, NOT the event hosts.

But you go on and assume what you don't know and keep making an ass of yourself with your wild assumptions about what happened.

----------------

He had a right to be there, but not to stay after he was asked to leave. A press pass is not a magical badge that lets you do whatever you want.

----------------------

You don't get it. The people who asked him to leave were the Giuliani spokespeople who didn't want to answer his question in the first place. They nodded to police, who unquestioningly dragged him out!

Explain that one to me.

Looks like criminal harassment to me. Once he was told he would not answer the question, following and shouting at someone is...well, harassment.

He was stopped from harassing whoever that was by the police. He no doubt struggled with them, so he was arrested. Most likely for disturbing the peace.

Fact. And correct.

----------------------

I'm sorry but you guys are just grasping now. If you want the whole scoop, listen to the latest Alex Jones Show... He was charged with "criminal trespassing", which requires, by law, a complaintant who represents the property owners asking the perpetrator to leave and they refuse, but he had a press pass, a CNN rep told the police that he was ok to be there, and he wasn't refusing to leave, he wasn't even asked to leave before he was simply arrested.

You want facts...here they are, a reporter engaged in his job - asking REAL questions and not just catering to the establishment - was arrested for asking a question that a Giuliani spokesman didn't like.

It's pretty much that simple. There were other journalists there, one of whom was interviewed on the Alex Jones Wednesday Show, unaffiliated with the group that was harassed by police who corroborated this.

You people act as if you've never been unduly harassed by police in your life... Do you just not know that shit like this happens? Or are we just living in a different country, here? I can tell you similar things have happened to me, which is why I have almost zero respect for cops now. That's why I try to learn my fucking rights, because without doing it, you can't defend yourself when they try to arrest you or harass you for no reason.

Shut up when the grown-ups are talking.

First off the guy in that video wasn't an elected official you ignorant cunt.

Secondly there was no reason to answer the question because it was completely loaded and to even acknowledge it is giving too much attention to the retard that asked it.

Third, if it was some Fred Phelps lunatic asking him, "why are you causing God to kill soilders by allowing fags in America" you wouldn't be saying a question is too trivial. if there weren't questions that were too trivial govt officials would spend 24/7 responding to idiots like yourself.

what everybody said

you do know that there are professional shit stirrers, right? people who film themselves getting arrested for no reason, or so they tell you.

some of these people taunt and resist the law enforcement who are then forced to physically removed them. even more effect when they are arrest brutally so that the crowd around gets pissed and riots. here's a good example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5g7zlJx9u2E

the US isn't the only place where fucking around in public and annoying officers will get you into trouble. had he done this in france, he would've been flashballed in the face by a CRS or in Canada, he would've been pwn3d by the politician himself: http://www.freddie.ca/images/chretien-strangle.jpeg LOL, JEAN CHRETIEN!

-------------------------

So if you have a prss pass you should allowed to shout whatever you want at a press confrence, get in anyones face, and not allow then to answer anyone else's questions.

That is how you interpret freedom of press?

Couple more things...

First, this was supposed to be my post. I didn't realize FA was signed in on this computer, not that that even matters.

He had a press pass. He had a right to be there just like everyone else. It's wrong to throw him out, nay, arrest him because he simply asked a question a Giuliani spokesman didn't want to answer.

CNN didn't ask him to leave. They were hosting the event. In fact, they told the officers to leave him alone, if you care to hear his side of events. Giuliani's people are the ones that had him removed, NOT the event hosts.

But you go on and assume what you don't know and keep making an ass of yourself with your wild assumptions about what happened.

He had a right to be there, but not to stay after he was asked to leave. A press pass is not a magical badge that lets you do whatever you want.

To be honest I don't know if it was Guilani's camp or CNN that was hosting it, but who from CNN said to leave him alone? Where is CNN making a public statement that they didn't want him arrested, or that they wanted him to be left there?

In the video the police are already behind the guy because he is causing a disturbance. Where do you see anyone from guilani's camp saying to arrest him?

I don't think I am the one making assumptions here. And opnce again he was not arrested for asking a question or they would have thrown the cuffs on him there. He was arrested because he didn't leave when asked.

Freedom of speech and freedom of the press has nothing to do with this. neither of those grants you the right to go to a private event and make yourself the center of attention and refuse to leave. What do you think would ever get answered at a press confrence if it was filled with nuts like this asking questions about "chemtrails" and other alex jones fantasies?

That you are a moron who doesn't understand the situation.

That wasn't a public news confrence you needed permission to be there, it was a private event. Once he was asked to leave and didn't he was breaking the law. That was what he was arrested for.

The only reason this is a big deal to you is because you drank the kool-aid with ETS and now believe that these alex jones disciples are ambassadors of the truth.

If this had been some Fred Phelps follower asking, sorry shouting, loaded questions about gays in the USA causing soilders deaths, and refusing to move on you would be laughing about him getting tossed out.

Most people with common sense or an ounce of education in science or engineering put both these groups in the same camp (alex jones truthers and fred phelps preachers).

But regardless of the fact that a camera and a blog doesn't make a journalist, regardless of the opinion the psudeo-journalist was making it was still a private event and once he asked his question and the guy made it clear he didn't want to talk to him he had no right to continue disrupting the event.

It is complete BS that you try and spin this like he was arrested for asking a question. You make it out like he saw someone walking down the street in a public place asked them a question and then had the cuffs thrown on him. Freedom of speech and freedom of the press has nothing to do with this. neither of those grants you the right to go to a private event and make yourself the center of attention and refuse to leave. He wasn't asking a question, he was throwing around wild accusations thinky veiled as a question. I imagine he was thrown out because of his aggressive and arguementative manner.

Either way, I don't really give a shit - I was once thrown out of our local Arndale Centre for leaning against a wall waiting for somebody but you don't see me crying about it on YouTube.
