If you're the type that makes a lot of posts, especially one every day or so, you might have realized it's kind of annoying checking which one has any new reviews on it. The "My Uber" page is handy, but can be a little tedious, and if someone replies to a post you made a month ago calling you a faggot, you might never even notice and have the opportunity to call him a cunt.
There have been a few times where someone, through Google or whatever, gets to a post of mine that's over a year old and reviews it. Without this little trick I'd never see those.
Here's a handy little tip to find what posts of yours have been reviewed since you last came back to Uber.

Mainly, I didn't want people at work to be able to get to the office at 8am, look at my recent reviews page, and notice that I was still commenting on things at 4am.
===
Makes sense. Would you consider a filter (maybe only accessible per user, like the recent comments) to indicate which of a particular user's posts (I've) reviewed? For instance, if I know I enjoy Snark's posts but I may have missed some, I could filter for those I haven't yet commented on. I've encountered this many times, especially with more prolific writers, and I think it would be a really useful feature, for those who would use it for good.

The following is the longest ********** comment I could find.

I don't think such a thing ever existed.
^^^^^
It did.
It's always seemed to me that viewing all of a user's reviews is a little too stalkerish for me. You expect that people can see a list of your posts, but the reviews have a little bit more anonymity.
^^^^^
I agree with that sentiment and I only found it because I was looking for something the individual had said 3 years prior.
When hundreds of reviews came up I was surprised...put in my own name and the same thing occured.
However that "google-hole" got plugged up, whether purposeful or not, was probably a good thing especially after looking at page after page of stupid things I had said in past years.

There used to be a feature with which you could type your name, or anyone else's for that matter, and find each and everyone of your or their reviews.
Is that procedure still available or have just forgot how to use it?
------
I don't think such a thing ever existed. You can see your recent reviews on your My Uber page, but you can't view a list of reviews by other users.
You can do a cross referencing aggregation thing by going to a page like:
http://www.ubersite.com/cgi-bin/moreinfo.cgi?uber=bart
It's always seemed to me that viewing all of a user's reviews is a little too stalkerish for me. You expect that people can see a list of your posts, but the reviews have a little bit more anonymity in the needle-in-the-haystack sense. Providing a way of viewing them in a list would remove that feeling.

There are two ways that give you two different results. The first way is pretty much the same as above, except instead of clicking "Most Recently Reviewed," you click "Best." This gives you the posts in order of rating, with higher reviewed posts of the same rating on top.
The second way is to go to you userpage, and from the simple pulldown menu, click "best." This one accounts for number of reviews, so your post with a 1.96 on 46 ratings will be higher than your post with a 2.0 on 8 reviews.
-----
Here's the reason why the two methods are different...
When the area at the top of the list of message has a single dropdown box with a link that says "Advanced >>", the options in the dropdown represent meta-search options. For example "Best This Week" is a combination of a few different attributes - average rating, number of reviews, and date of the post.
When the area at the top of the list has a big table of input boxes, then each box does only one thing and there are no "meta" capabilities. The only kind of exception here is that if you are on a category page or a user page, there is an invisible restriction to things in that category or posted by that user respectively. So if you go to the page http://www.ubersite.com/u/bart and then pick a sort of "Most Recently Reviewed", you will see the things posted by me sorted by the date of the most recent review on each post.
The meta-filter properties for the different options currently are:
Newest: everything sorted by message creation date descending
Best Ever: messages with >= 40 reviews sorted by rating descending
Best This Week: messages with >= 25 reviews with creation date >= now - 7 days sorted by rating descending
Best Today: messages with >= 10 reviews with creation date >= now - 1 day sorted by rating descending
Worst Ever: messages with >= 40 reviews sorted by rating ascending
In other words, if you go to the advanced search box and set the cutoff # reviews to 40 and sort by rating descending (aka. "Best"), that will be the exact same list as the meta-search box's "Best Ever" list.
The reason why Best Ever has the implicit cutoff on # reviews is so that a post with one +2 rating doesn't show up higher than a post with 100 reviews with a 1.95 rating. I couldn't think of a good way to do that without having a hard cutoff on the review count, plus "Best" is totally arbitrary in that even if the people giving the ratings were perfect, is it better to have a perfect 2.0 on 40 ratings or a 1.99 on 200 ratings?
See, this stuff is interesting. Alters and whining about "delete my account!!" is not.

Few people have 400 fucking posts with multiple pages to scan.
Just copying your review # for an addition works just fine for most.
Also putting your name in search, then adding review instead of body completes the search for who's copied your name in a review.

Well since I'm the one who asked, I guess it's me. I asked because spooner's sarcastically witty enough that I thought it may have actually been a response to something.
Spooner is also one of the posters I sometimes tend to rate based on his other work, because I think he appreciates an honest rating. It's no disrespect, it's just to differentiate between an Awkward Turkey +2 and an average post. And I know he couldn't care less. It's true, Bubba- ask him.

If you rate his post based on his OTHER work, how is you current rating honest? Hmmmm?
Heh.
:)
Also, his opinion means nothing. I will +2 him, no matter what he be thinkin'.....

But I'm giving you this +2 in the hopes you can direct me to that page with the ratings.
