The narrator is obviously confident, but he lacks a certain ability to commit to natural truths (as evidenced by his questioning of "an orgasm"). I would have preferred seeing him - as I'm going to assume it's a he based on his braggodocio and self-involvement - cite the second line as the following: "this post, like a female O." This is for two reasons. The first is that it would stress the notion of Man as Careless and Carefree in the Bedroom, or Man as Inconsiderate Lover. The second is that it would misquote a line from "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back." And that's a pretty sweet movie.
Beyond that, I can read a lot of gender confusion and communist repression in these lines. This troubles me, as the poem attempts to do enough without getting all gummed up with psychobabble and economics.
